REGISTRATION - Please read carefully.
Register to play in 2025 on November 1.
More details will be posted here on that date.
- Advance registration is required. No walk ups.
- Capacity is limited to 125 players.
- Online registration application link will be available on November 1.
- Fill out the form when it becomes available, and you will be notified by email
within a few weeks if you have been accepted, or placed on the wait list.
- $10 registration fee will be collected, once your application has been accepted.
- Space for those playing simplified parts may be limited.

Doors to Kodak Hall will open at approximately 2:15, lobby doors will open prior to that.

DAY OF CONCERT DETAILS
Check In 12:00-1:00 (PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 12:00)
Free parking on city streets. Plenty of parking in the East End Garage (E. Main and Scio), $7 event fee may apply.
Performers should enter the main hall of the Eastman School of Music, 26 Gibbs Street, near Kilbourn Hall signs.
Rehearsal 1:00-2:15
Music stands will be available but may be limited. Bring a folding stand, just in case.
Sousaphone players may want to bring a stool, otherwise you may have to stand in the back.
Concert 3:00-4:00
Free admission, open to the public, NO TICKET REQUIRED. Invite friends and family!
Doors to Kodak Hall will open around 2:15.

Music
We will play out of the CAROLS for a MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS book, arranged by Alec Wilder.
The program order will be: #1, 3, 4-7, 9-11, 13-15, 17, 24, 26, 23, 33, Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah, and Umoja.
Books will be available for purchase on the day of the event for $25. Hanukkah and Umoja will be distributed by email,
or can be picked up at check in.
A simplified version of the music is available for less experienced players for $5. PDF file free in advance.

Concert dress is casual. Most people wear festive holiday colors.
Consider buying an official TUBACHRISTMAS hat ($20) or scarf ($25) at check-in.
